ORAL PRESENTATIONS

How long are presentations?

Your presentation will be 15 minutes long + 5 minutes for the Q&A.

What do you need to bring?

At the conference, you will find a Slide Center to leave your slides. You just need to bring a USB drive with your slides in it. No technical devices will be requested.

The Slide Center will be on the first floor of the Cannizzaro Building, in the Parravano Room, and it will be open during these hours:

• Monday, June 13^th: 30 – 05.00 pm
• Tuesday, June 14^th: 30 – 05.00 pm
• Wednesday, July 15^th: 8.30 – 05.00 pm
• Thursday, July 16^th: 8.30 – 12.00 pm

Slides template

We prepared a template for your slides that you can download here. The template is not mandatory, but its use is advised. if you do not use this template, please remember that slides need to be in 16:9 and in at least one of the following formats: .pdf, .ppt.

POSTERS

Poster format

Posters are 70×100 cm, in vertical format. You can download the conference banner here, if you want to add it to your poster, but this is not mandatory.

What do you need to bring?

Your poster and nothing else. There will be a desk at the conference venue where you will be able to ask for the number of your poster, so you will be able to know which panel was assigned to you.

Poster session

The poster session will be on Monday, June 13th, at 4:30pm. Posters will be located at the Cannizzaro Building on the first floor.

Be sure to bring your poster in the morning and before this time, or you will not be able to present your poster.

Please, note that posters will remain on their panels until the end of the Conference and that you will be asked to take them not later than Thursday 16th in the morning. All posters that are not taken will be disposed of by the Organizing Secretariat and tossed away.

You can also download the official app where you will be able to find the complete program and receive up to date notifications, even during the Conference! Click here or look for “PNG 2022” in the App Store for iOS and in the Playstore for Android devices.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Every author who registered to the submission platform Conftool and is registered to PNG 2022 will be able to directly download their Certificate of Attendance at the end of the Conference.

In order to do so, you will have to:
– Login to your account (follow the instructions on the screen if you forgot your username or password)
– Click on Certificate of Attendance

Participants will be able to ask for it at the Secretariat Desk at the conference or via email after the ending of PNG 2022.
